Our client is looking for a Building Design & Documentation Technician to manage technical, graphical, and documentary aspects of their real estate portfolio. This role supports ongoing transformation projects through precise documentation and advanced design tools.

Description
- Create and maintain all technical drawings (plans, sections, elevations) using CAD/DAO tools.
- Assist in developing BIM models and ensure monthly updates of graphic databases.
- Digitize and standardize paper-based plans into digital formats.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of spaces and technical characteristics.
- Centralize, classify, and archive all technical documentation related to construction and renovations.
- Develop and maintain a uniform classification system (physical and digital).
- Create relational databases for efficient document retrieval.
- Ensure traceability and historical records of all building modifications.
- Prepare preliminary designs and execution plans for minor renovation projects, including BIM and 3D presentations.
- Conduct site surveys and produce detailed technical drawings.
- Provide administrative support for minor projects, including planning meetings and coordinating actions.
Profile
- Secondary education with a diploma in building design (eg., CFC) or higher education in architecture/engineering.
- Additional training in BIM and/or 3D and document management.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical and architectural drawings, including 3 years in BIM and 3D.
- Experience in construction or site supervision is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of building technical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electricity).
- Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), and 3D tools (SketchUp).
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
- Methodical, precise, and able to work independently on multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
