Trainer / Trainer in Nursing HF/FH 80-100%

Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company that offers private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, St. Gallen, Zug, Schwyz, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as mediates specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

For our client, we are looking for a responsible and empathetic trainer in nursing 80-100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

• Professional care and support of our patients according to the nursing mission statement
• Training of apprentices and students: imparting theoretical and practical basics
• Creating learning situations and accompanying practical work
• Conducting training discussions and documenting learning progress
• Co-designing internal training days (TT days) for HF/FH students
• Participation in the Shared Governance Team: contributing know-how, instructing and advising apprentices and employees

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
• Experience in acute care or vocational training is an advantage
• Trainer certificate (SVEB1) or willingness to obtain it
• Strong social, professional, and methodological competence
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, confident PC user skills
• For foreign diplomas: SRK recognition required
