Restaurant Oase HSLU
The Oase cafeteria of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts Business has over 180 seats and a stylish lounge for relaxing. Up to 200 lunch menus are produced daily. The offer ranges from break snacks to sandwiches, snacks, and daily changing menus at the self-service buffet. True to the ZFV philosophy, fresh cooking is done on-site with regional as well as ecologically sensible and fairly traded foods.
