Your tasks

• Support of our clinical information system application KISIM
• Ensuring internal support as well as on-call service and maintenance work
• Specification of technical requirements in collaboration with specialist departments and suppliers
• Project participation and management of sub-projects
• Conducting staff training
• Creating and maintaining documentation

Your profile

• IT-savvy person from the healthcare sector with professional experience in an acute hospital or completed training as an IT specialist EFZ with experience in application support
• Practical experience with a clinical information system, ideally with "KISIM" is an advantage
• High sense of responsibility, good analytical skills and openness to new technologies
• Good communication skills (German at native level, spoken and written) as well as a strong customer and service orientation
