Your field of activity
- You are responsible for administering intravenous cytostatics and other haematological and oncological therapies and interventions
- You perform plasmapheresis and stem cell collections. In this context, you are prepared to provide on-call services (weekends approx. once a month, as well as holiday on-call)
- You manage all nursing steps of the specialised therapies taking into account the defined quality criteria
- Advising and supporting patients during their therapy is part of your daily work, where you provide the best possible support with empathy and expertise
Your experience
- You have completed basic training as a registered nurse HF. Professional experience in the fields of haematology and/or oncology is an advantage
- Knowledge in plasmapheresis and stem cell collection is desirable. If you do not yet have this knowledge, you are willing to acquire it and to continue your education continuously
- You are characterised by a resilient personality, capable of keeping a clear head even in demanding situations. In addition, you are adaptable, enabling you to quickly adjust to changing requirements and new challenges
- You have a pronounced social competence that enables you to deal with our patients empathetically and respectfully even in stressful situations
