With their innovative solutions, they make an important contribution to energy efficiency in industry as well as in public and private transport. In addition, the client’s technology enables the production and transport of renewable energies from the producer to the consumer. To ensure the operational readiness of their state-of-the-art Industry 4.0 standard production site in Lenzburg, we are looking for a technically skilled specialist for spare parts logistics and warehousing.

Job Description
As a Technical Specialist (m/f/d) responsible for ensuring operational readiness and warehousing, you play a central role in guaranteeing the availability of spare parts and consumables, thereby ensuring smooth production.- Analysis and maintenance of plant- and system-specific spare parts lists to ensure short- and medium-term operational readiness
- Management and documentation of spare parts, tools, and consumables within your area of responsibility
- Cost-optimised procurement of spare parts and consumables via relevant systems (e.g. SAP, Ariba)
- Organisation and execution of short-term spare parts procurement, including courier trips (also to neighbouring countries)
- Maintenance of master data in warehouse management systems as well as quality assurance of incoming spare parts before storage
- Optimisation of spare parts and consumables inventory regarding cost and availability
- Maintenance of interfaces with internal and external service providers
- Compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental protection regulations
We expect
- Completed training in the electromechanical field, ideally with additional qualification in maintenance (e.g. polymechanic, technical fitter)
- Experience in spare parts logistics and warehousing
- Sound knowledge of order processing systems (SAP, Ariba) and solid user skills in MS Office, ERP, and MES systems
- Good German skills (C1) and English skills (B1) in spoken and written form
- Willingness to undertake unplanned, short-term assignments outside regular working hours (no on-call duty)
- Class B driving licence and own car
