We are strengthening our team! In this role as assistant, you are the right hand of our department management. You have the opportunity to decisively support the Sales International department.
What you achieve
- You manage the agenda of the department head (appointment and calendar management).
- You organise and coordinate meetings efficiently.
- You create and optimise presentations.
- You support and manage internal departmental projects.
- You prepare reports, statistics and minutes.
- You handle and manage correspondence and emails.
What you bring
- Your commercial basic training (e.g. commercial clerk EFZ or similar) provides the ideal foundation.
- Further training as an executive assistant is an advantage.
- Experience in a comparable role in an international environment is a valuable plus.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office completes your profile.
- Your organisational talent distinguishes you.
- You work independently, structured and reliably with a high sense of responsibility and the necessary discretion.
- With your positive, humorous and open personality as well as your language skills in German and English, you promote collaboration with joy in an international environment.
