- Studying at EPFL, HEIG-VD, or equivalent in IT-related fields.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
- Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

About the job
Your mission
You provide IT support to our employees and contribute to the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You work on both workstations and equipment and assist teams during employee arrivals and departures.
Your responsibilities
- Participate in the IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Prepare, configure and install workstations, laptops, screens, phones and peripherals
- Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of IT equipment
- Provide first-level support to users on-site and remotely
- Manage inventory and tracking of IT equipment
- Ensure the proper functioning of meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment
- Participate in user account and access management
- Document procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services
- Collaborate with external IT providers and internal teams
- Participate in various IT and digital projects of the company
- Engage in technological watch
Your profile
- Student at EPFL, HEIG-VD or an equivalent institution, specialising in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity or a similar field
- Strong interest in IT technologies and user support
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 and Windows environment
- Service-oriented, well-presented and excellent interpersonal skills
- Practical mindset, autonomous, curious and solution-oriented
- Rigorous, reliable and organised
- Fluent in French; with good knowledge of English or German
