Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was launched in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The team takes care of guests on site as well as incoming take-away and delivery orders. The venue in the heart of the lively Niederdorf in Zurich offers 50 seats at the sushi bar and another 50 seats in the boulevard area.

Your versatile tasks:

• You successfully manage the operation and ensure smooth processes 🏢

• You are mentor, coach and talent scout in one and further develop your team 🎯

• Numbers are no mystery to you – you are the master of calculation: from daily and monthly closings to inventory 📊

• You plan the deployment of your employees including time control 🕒

• You live our values and keep the operation on a successful course 🌟

Your talents & experience:

• You have at least 2 years of leadership experience and are familiar with managing a larger team – no problem for you 🧑 🍳

• A G2 qualification or hotel management school would be great, but heart and experience count just as much 📜

• You bring experience in managing a large restaurant and ideally also know the system catering sector 🍽️

• You enjoy working with people – whether colleagues or guests – and bring a positive atmosphere with you 🫶

• Administrative tasks are not foreign to you, and you are a genuine lateral thinker with an eye for the big picture 💡
