HF Nursing Specialist and Health Professional 40-80%

To expand our team, we are looking for you as

HF Nursing Specialist or Health Care Specialist 40 – 80% permanent position or hourly wage, day shift

Tasks and activities:

• Professional care and support of sick, elderly and palliative clients at home in the city of Zurich.

• Documentation of care in Perigon via tablet

• Forwarding clients' needs to the care team

Requirements profile:

• Qualification as HF Nursing Specialist

• Qualification as Health Care Specialist FaGe

Competences:

• Practising the profession out of conviction (a matter close to the heart)

• Experience in palliative care is an advantage or willingness to undertake further training

• Careful and holistic consideration of situations

• Enjoyment of independent and responsible work

• High service orientation – client & team

• Empathy

• Respectful interaction

• High quality standards

• Willingness to undertake further training

• Good written and spoken German skills (level B2)

• Driving licence category B

• Experience with Perigon is an advantage

Start date: immediately or by arrangement
