Carpenter – Field Service (Building Envelope & Wood)
Activities
- First point of contact for customers in the areas of wood and facade construction, carpentry, pitched and flat roofs
- Competent advice and support for customers from order entry to delivery
- Maintenance of customer relationships and acquisition of new customers
- Follow-up on offers, creation of credit notes and returns, and general administrative tasks
- Close cooperation with field service, purchasing, and quotation department
Requirements
- Training as a carpenter or joiner
- Commercial training is an advantage
- PC user skills as well as SAP knowledge are an advantage
- Positive and service-oriented personality
- Solid MS Office skills
- Driving license category B mandatory
