Our real estate agency, with 60 years of professionalism, wishes to respond to the development of its business in the management of co-ownerships. For a quick start, we are looking for

A CONFIRMED 100% PPE MANAGER,

capable of managing all activities related to the portfolio of PPE buildings: technical, administrative and accounting.

Your profile:

• A CFC commercial employee diploma, real estate certificate or university degree completed by 3 to 5 years of experience in managing several PPEs in Geneva,
• Ability to hold general meetings and ensure the drafting of minutes,
• Good oral skills,
• Very good general knowledge of the real estate sector of the CO and CC,
• Mastery of technical building management, budget preparation and work scheduling,
• Autonomy in file management,
• Precision, speed and ability to prioritise assigned tasks,
• Initiative and dynamism,
• Very comfortable with common IT tools Office, Quorum an asset,
• Perfect knowledge of the French language, English being an asset,
• Good writing skills.
