For our Systems Engineering department in the development area, we are looking for a team-oriented and responsible person at our international headquarters in Herisau/CH for the position of
Teamleader Engineering Ion Chromatography (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Disciplinary leadership of a team of 5 employees
- Supporting the team in the introduction of Scrum
- Strategic further development of the team and the test procedures
- Support in the certification and validation of new products
- Close collaboration with the development departments for mechanics, electronics, and software
Your profile
- You complement your solid scientific or technical education (preferably chemistry) with experience in testing, ideally of analytical devices
- You are a convincing and assertive personality, possess good organizational and coordination skills, and have several years of leadership experience
- Experience in areas such as Engineering Lifecycle Management, Scrum, ion chromatography, analytical chemistry, and programming knowledge in Python is advantageous
- You maintain open and transparent communication and know how to inspire your employees through active coaching and motivating goal setting
- You communicate and act confidently in German and English
