Role:
In this role, you will dive deep into commercial financial planning and analysis, contributing to well-founded decisions with precise evaluations and forecasts. You are responsible for preparing, interpreting and transparently presenting complex financial data and deriving concrete recommendations for action. You always keep an overview of cost structures, profitability and budget developments and identify optimisation potentials. In exchange with various internal stakeholders, you coordinate planning, forecasting and reporting processes and ensure high data quality. With your analytical understanding and structured approach, you make a central contribution to the sustainable development of financial management.
Responsibilities:
- You consolidate the financial data of all subsidiaries into a uniform group reporting.
- In this role, you integrate production and cost data to create a global overview of gross margins.
- As commercial financial planning and analysis, you monitor profitability from manufacturing costs to the final sales price.
- You analyse sales, margins and commercial expenses to identify trends and deviations.
- In this role, you prepare monthly reports as a sound basis for management decisions.
- You conduct data-driven simulations for new market initiatives and adjustments in the international setup.
Qualifications:
- You have a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of experience in business controlling in an industrial environment and combine technical with business understanding.
- You are familiar with the entire value chain from production through logistics to sales.
- You are confident in using ERP systems, ideally SAP.
- You convince with excellent communication skills and a pronounced analytical mindset as well as a high standard of data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.
- You communicate fluently in German and English and are willing to travel occasionally for business.
