- Preparation and creative presentation of varied dishes in the à-la-carte kitchen.
- Expanding your knowledge about nutrition, menu planning and food hygiene.
- Applying various preparation methods and cooking techniques.
- Proper handling of food as well as assisting with purchasing and storage.
- Cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen in compliance with hygiene regulations.
