Your Tasks
- You care for sick infants and premature babies in a three-shift system.
- You appreciate the challenge of dealing with complex and rapidly changing situations and master them with professional skill.
- The integration of parents is very important to us. Therefore, advising and supporting relatives is at the centre of our work.
- You share responsibility for maintaining and optimising the quality of care and for the training of students from higher vocational schools/universities of applied sciences and apprentices FaGe.
- Taking over shift management according to internal standards.
Your Profile
- You hold a diploma as a certified nurse and preferably have experience in paediatrics or neonatology.
- For this position, we are looking for a dynamic team player to complement our multiprofessional team.
- You are a committed, open-minded individual and find changing situations and interdisciplinary collaboration an interesting challenge.
