At our production plant NARIDA AG in Lanzenhäusern, we produce well-known cereal bars and snacks for domestic and international markets.

To strengthen our management team, we are looking for a committed, solution-oriented, and technically skilled individual from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement as

Deputy Head of Maintenance 100%

In this versatile role, you will support the Head of Maintenance in ensuring the maximum availability of our production equipment, infrastructure, and building services. You will take responsibility for day-to-day operations, coordinate technical work, accompany projects, and work with your team to ensure our systems run reliably and downtime is minimised.

• You ensure with your team that our systems operate smoothly and reliably
• You support fault rectification in line with production volumes and coordinate closely with production management
• You keep the threads between shifts, maintenance, and production together so that everyone knows what is happening
• You get to the root of faults and implement improvements that have a lasting effect
• You keep the technical documentation up to date and share your knowledge in training sessions

• Technical basic training (e.g. polymechanic, automation technician, electrician) and further training as a technician HF, maintenance specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent
• Experience in maintaining production equipment, ideally in a multi-shift operation
• Leadership, coordination, or project experience is a plus
• You are familiar with lean and continuous improvement tools such as 5S, TPM, or root cause analysis
• You communicate clearly, present yourself confidently, and are a team player

• A varied and responsible role with plenty of scope for initiative
• A central interface function between maintenance, production, and other departments
