Department:DSDCEntity:Neuchâtel Police (PONE) - Headquarters - Neuchâtel Emergency Call Centre (CNU)Activities:Your main duties consist of answering emergency telephone calls and deploying the necessary police, fire brigade, and other services to ensure the safety of responders and the public. You also manage the various alarms connected to the Emergency Call Centre as well as monitor and operate the canton’s road and motorway infrastructure.Desired profile:Ideally holding the federal police certificate or another qualification related to the required skills, you demonstrate a strong interest in emergency assistance and can remain calm under all circumstances. Flexible (shift schedule of 2x12 hours) and able to take initiative, you manage stress effectively and possess above-average analytical and listening skills.
