Your tasks
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and completion of closing tasks
- Maintenance and production of subsidiary ledgers (suppliers, debtors, treasury, stocks, etc.)
- Reference person for training, support and monitoring of apprentices / interns
- Control and justification of accounts, analysis of entries and participation in balance reconciliation
- Participation in the preparation of data and documents necessary for monthly and annual closings
- Preparation of reports and accounting analyses for service managers
Desired profile
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
- Proven professional experience in accounting, ideally acquired within a hospital or health institution
- Very good knowledge of accounting and closing processes
- Mandatory corporate trainer training (FEE)
- Very good command of Excel and ease in using IT tools
- Ability to work in a team, autonomy, organisational skills and good priority management
- Fluency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language
