Risk Manager – 90%
Within our risk management team, you play a key role in identifying, assessing and monitoring risks that may impact the company’s activities. As a business partner, you help anticipate risks, inform decision-making and strengthen risk control to support the company’s sustainable performance.
What you do daily
You manage the identification, analysis and monitoring of risks within your scope to support operational activities, projects and transformation initiatives. You apply risk management methodologies defined by the function, conduct probability and impact analyses, and work closely with business units to assess, prioritise and address risks, including emerging risks that may affect the company.
You ensure the follow-up of mitigation measures, controls and associated action plans. You update risk registers and monitoring tools, remind responsible parties when necessary and support teams in understanding and managing their risks. You also contribute to the continuous improvement of the risk management system by evaluating the effectiveness of deployed controls and mitigation actions.
You produce reliable analyses and relevant reports for management and leadership. You prepare dashboards, regular reports and presentation materials for committees. You also participate in risk workshops and cross-functional projects related notably to compliance, IT, transformation and operational resilience.
You contribute to the development and monitoring of key risk indicators to provide a proactive view of risk exposure and support decision-making based on reliable information.
What you bring to the team
You demonstrate strong analytical skills, rigour and a keen sense of organisation to manage your activities effectively and ensure quality results. You work autonomously, take responsibility and pay close attention to detail to guarantee the reliability of the information produced.
You know how to build trustful relationships with stakeholders while providing a critical and constructive perspective. You thus help foster balanced decisions between risk control, operational needs and opportunities for the company.
You master risk management principles and methodologies, notably risk-based approaches, controls and associated indicators. You also have a good understanding of issues related to operational, technological, regulatory and emerging risks.
You analyse data, structure information pertinently and produce clear, concise reports adapted to the needs of different stakeholders. You are comfortable using risk management platforms and data analysis tools to develop a proactive view of risk exposure.
You hold a higher education degree in economics, management, finance, audit or an equivalent field, complemented by 5 to 10 years of experience in risk management, internal control or audit.
