Specialist Position Psychiatry Outpatient Care (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you will take on the specialist medical treatment and care of patients in outpatient psychiatric care. You diagnose and treat according to a bio-psycho-socio-spiritual model and, if necessary, also consider Christian values and perspectives. You are responsible for high-quality, evidence-based psychiatry, psychotherapy, and psychosomatics and actively shape the treatment pathways. You bring your clinical expertise to holistically support people in challenging life situations and promote sustainable stabilisation. As an experienced specialist, you influence the further development of treatment quality through interdisciplinary collaboration and personal presence.
Responsibilities:
- As a specialist in psychiatry outpatient care, you independently manage the psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of outpatient patients.
- You conduct expert assessment and consultation discussions for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- In this role, you bear the specialist medical responsibility for psychologically and psychotherapeutically supervised patients of the outpatient clinic.
- As a specialist in psychiatry outpatient care, you actively work in an interdisciplinary therapy team.
- You jointly develop a holistic treatment concept with the team and implement it in daily practice.
Qualifications:
- You have completed or are well advanced in specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy (or an equivalent qualification) and have several years of professional experience.
- You are motivated to work within a holistic treatment concept and to comprehensively support your patients.
- A strong service orientation and high quality awareness characterise your professional self-image.
- You think and act process-oriented, entrepreneurially, and result-oriented.
- You are willing to actively engage with the Christian faith in the work context.
