Transport Dispatcher
Tasks
- Daily operational planning and coordination of routes considering cost-effectiveness, deadlines, and resources
- Ensuring optimal deployment planning of drivers
- Maintenance, control, and evaluation of data in various systems
- Management and ongoing updating of the time tracking system
- Monitoring compliance with ARV regulations and conducting corresponding checks
- Close collaboration with internal interfaces to ensure a smooth transport process
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in transport as well as leadership experience in a comparable role
- Completed training as a road transport dispatcher or an equivalent qualification
- Valid driving licence category C/E is an advantage
- Communicative, team-oriented, and resilient personality with assertiveness
- High IT affinity and good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes
