Your responsibilities:

As a Demi Chef de Partie, your main tasks will be:

• Participate in the mise en place before service.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, garnishes, and preparations according to technical sheets.
• Ensure recipes, cooking, and presentation of dishes are respected.
• Keep your workstation clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards.
• Participate in tidying and proper stock management of your section.
• Strictly apply hygiene and food safety rules.
• Assist in service alongside the chef and sous chef.
