Our clients include banks, pension funds, insurance companies, fund management companies, and investment foundations.

You lead the team that serves these clients, represent our services externally and towards internal service providers in fund management and the bank, and further develop the range of services.

Your tasks

Acquisition of new clients and processing of RFPs / RFIs for all potential third-party clients of fund management and the investment foundation – close coordination with the relevant departments within the ZKB headquarters
Overall responsibility for onboarding new clients, quality assurance in projects with existing clients, and handling customer inquiries
Support of fund management clients and acting as a central contact point for internal and external clients as well as supporting the sales units at headquarters in marketing the services of Swisscanto fund management
Active positioning and representation of fund management, especially regarding customer concerns in the area of private label funds, as well as close cooperation with relevant areas within the group

Your profile

Completed studies in economics or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in fund management, customer acquisition and support, ideally in the private label fund sector
Leadership experience and pronounced strategic thinking
Excellent communication and coordination skills as well as a confident and professional appearance
Initiative, teamwork skills, and a high degree of customer orientation
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, good French skills are an advantage
