To bridge parental leave, we are looking for an HR Specialist | HR Professional 20-40% for 1 year fixed-term with the option to extend in our Finance & Organization team YOUR TASKS:
- Complete payroll processing including social insurance
- Responsible for correct pension fund billing BVG
- Managing time tracking
- Personnel administration from A-Z
- Commercial basic training with further education as a personnel clerk
- or as a HR specialist
- Experience in a comparable position
- Sound user knowledge in MS Office and experience with various HR applications
- Good manners / communication skills
- High social competence
