Your tasks
- Leading the cleaning team during the day and evening (approx. 14 employees)
- Conducting quality controls, maintaining documentation, monitoring compliance with work processes
- Training employees
- Assisting in the laundry and various cleaning tasks
- Contact person for the customer
- Adhering to the specified safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines
Your profile
- Professional training as a building cleaner EFZ or similar is an advantage
- Experience in hospital cleaning is an advantage
- Flexible deployment between Monday and Sunday (2 weekends off per month) in early or late shifts
- Very good knowledge of German
- Service orientation, independence, and flexibility
- Friendly, motivated, and committed personality
- Leadership experience
- Physical resilience
- Foreign applicants require a valid residence permit C or B permit with employment
- Driver's license
