What you will achieve with us
- You coordinate the outpatient clinic and carry out service recording in SAP as well as other systems.
- You are responsible for reporting including discharge reports and cost approvals.
- You welcome patients and are the first point of contact on the telephone.
- You work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- You support the chief physician’s secretariat as well as projects and administrative tasks.

- with training as a medical secretary or commercial clerk, ideally with experience in healthcare.

Barmelweid is the leading specialist and rehabilitation clinic in Northwestern Switzerland and the largest psychosomatic-psychotherapeutic clinic in Switzerland. The Department of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy comprises 100 inpatient treatment places as well as a psychotherapeutic day clinic. Through close cooperation with the somatic specialist departments, we treat people with complex mental and physical illnesses holistically.
Barmelweid employs over 750 staff. It is located at around 800 metres altitude on a clearing in the Aargau Jura and is embedded in a unique environment with a nature park.
