Spitex Canton Zug is a meaningful and valuable institution. It ensures help and care in one’s own home on behalf of the municipalities. Around 300 employees are deployed to support those who are independent but still require assistance. Each year, Spitex Canton Zug visits over 2600 clients, covering a distance equivalent to 21 times around the Earth.
This is what you do with us:
- You are deployed as an SRK Care Assistant from 07:00 to 10:00 with our clients, supporting them with basic care and health-promoting measures under guidance.
- Subsequently, you take on assignments as Domestic & Care Staff, supporting our clients as needed with household tasks and everyday activities.
- You accompany and care for sick, impaired and needy people in their familiar home environment and respond to their individual wishes and needs.
- With your friendly, appreciative and professional manner, you contribute to the well-being and quality of life of our clients.
What you bring with you:
- You have completed vocational training, preferably in the field of domestic work, as well as experience in domestic work and care.
- You have successfully completed the SRK Care Assistant further training.
- You work independently, responsibly and reliably.
- You approach people with empathy, appreciation and high social competence.
- You are willing to learn and enjoy developing professionally.
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- You hold a category B driving licence and have your own car.
