Your tasks
- Personnel and professional management of our workshop team (approx. 15 employees and apprentices)
- Scheduling of workshop orders
- Diagnosing and locating faults
- Result and quality controls
- Ensuring occupational safety
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workshop
- Supervision and training of apprentices
- Regular participation in brand-specific further training and courses
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician as well as certified diagnostician or workshop coordinator
- Several years of experience in a similar role (industry experience)
- Practical doer (leadership) with high customer orientation and enthusiasm
- Analytical, methodical, solution-oriented and structured approach
- Good communication skills (negotiation skills and motivator)
- Likeable and winning personality
- High degree of independence, sense of responsibility, reliability, determination
