Chief Metalwork Fitter 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a Chief Metalwork Fitter who independently leads assembly projects and manages a team of 2 to 3 employees.

In this role, you are the central interface between the workshop and site management:

• Organisation and supervision of construction site work

• Active participation in assembly directly on site

• Ensuring timely and high-quality project implementation

You will accompany demanding metalwork projects made of steel, aluminium and stainless steel from planning to assembly and benefit from short decision-making processes and high personal responsibility.

What do I need to be successful?

To be successful in this position, you bring the following qualifications:

• A completed training as a metalworker or in a comparable profession

• Extensive experience in assembly over several years, ideally at least 5 years

• Experience in staff management as well as strong organisational skills

• Independent, reliable and solution-focused approach

• High resilience, adaptability and team spirit

• Driving licence category B
