Polymechanic - Conventional Manufacturing with Leadership Responsibility

• Professionally lead and manage a team of 3 to 6 employees
• Ensure production quantity, quality, punctuality, and costs
• Organise capacity planning and workflows in manufacturing
• Coordinate work tasks in production and rework and lead employees
• Monitor and comply with quality requirements in the production process

• Completed vocational training or several years of experience in assembly and production
• Basic craft training is an advantage
• Physically resilient, flexible, reliable as well as communicative and hands-on
• Good spatial imagination with interconnected thinking and independent, efficient working style
• Basic PC skills and confident German language skills
