We are looking for a Technical Project Manager in Facility Management (m/f/d) to complement our Facility Management team at the Reinach site and jointly further develop a sustainable, modern, and future-oriented infrastructure.

What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- take overall project management of small to medium projects (0.1 - 10 million) in Facility Management at the Reinach site, ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs.
- focus on demanding projects in building technology and actively advance and further develop the implementation of the measures of the Energy Strategy 2030+.

lead and coordinate internal and external planners and executing companies, implement strategic guidelines operationally, and actively participate in construction management if required.
- act as an interface to various business areas to ensure smooth collaboration.
- contribute your expertise in technical building equipment and specifically support colleagues from operations and maintenance.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have a professional qualification in building technology (building automation or HVAC) with further training as a building technician HF/FH or equivalent and are familiar with SIA standards.
- have several years of experience in technically demanding projects in an industrial environment and ideally a project management qualification (IPMA Level C).
- preferably have knowledge of CAD tools as well as the building management platform DesigoCC.
- are proficient in German, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage.
- think conceptually, act solution-oriented, and communicate clearly and convincingly.
- enjoy working in a team and want to make a difference together with others.
