For the apprenticeship starting in August 2027, we are looking for you as

Apprentice Businesswoman / Apprentice Businessman EFZ – Hotel-Gastro-Tourism (HGT)

During your three-year training, you will dive deeply into the promotion and marketing of Valais. You will start with the administrative processes of a modern promotion organisation and support us directly with exciting projects and activities. Step by step, you will take on more responsibility, work hand in hand with various teams, and discover the diverse facets of marketing and communication.

Your tasks

• You are the first point of contact for our visitors and welcome them in a friendly and professional manner.
• You advise our customers by phone and email in German, French, and English.
• You process enquiries, prepare offers, and take care of reservations.
• You take on versatile administrative tasks – from mail service and ordering to support in accounting.
• You support our teams with marketing projects, social media, and events and help with their implementation and follow-up.

What you bring with you.

• You have good school performance and a successful school leaving certificate.
• You have very good language skills and communicate confidently in German, French, and English.
• You are interested in Valais and how a region and its products are marketed.
• You enjoy contact with people and like working in a team.
• You present yourself in a friendly and confident manner and have good manners.
• You are motivated, eager to learn, and have a quick grasp.
• You like working independently and gradually take on responsibility.
