Project Manager Officer

Responsibilities

• Coordination and planning of procurements for infrastructure projects (short-, medium- and long-term)
• Monitoring of deadlines, investments, quality and project KPIs
• Review of scheduling, budget and risk planning in projects
• Support with orders from framework agreements and mini-tenders as well as ensuring correct project billing

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering or business
• At least 3 years of experience in PMO or administrative support of infrastructure or large projects
• Knowledge in project management, risk management and ideally in the energy or infrastructure sector
• Analytical and structured working style as well as strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and project management tools
• Native-level German, French or Italian as well as good level of English
