Real Estate Management Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
The company is a regionally anchored real estate service provider focusing on the management, marketing and administration of residential and commercial properties. With sound market knowledge, high expertise and a strong customer orientation, it supports owners, investors and tenants in the sustainable care and preservation of the value of their properties.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the accounting of rental properties and condominium mandates.
You reliably and punctually prepare heating, ancillary and operating cost statements.
You participate in condominium owners’ meetings, conduct them and accompany audits.
Budgeting, reporting as well as quarterly and annual financial statements are also part of your duties.
You keep an eye on dunning and debt collection and ensure correct creditor processing.
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed the federal specialist certificate in real estate management.
Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in real estate management.
You are very familiar with MS Office.
You work precisely, independently and responsibly.
Your very good German skills enable you to communicate confidently and appropriately.
