Your tasks
Further development of our internal hospital reporting (e.g. reporting for management)
Participation in the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements
Preparation and analysis of reports for various internal stakeholders including commentary on deviations (e.g. productivity accounting, cost centre evaluations)
Evaluation and interpretation of financial, performance and earnings key figures
Support in cost accounting and the provision of external statistics (e.g. SpiGes, hospital statistics, SwissDRG)
Ensuring REKOLE standards
Further development of the interface between performance management and finance
Regular exchange with internal stakeholders and business management advice to executives
Collaboration on cross-departmental projects

Your profile
Several years of practical experience in controlling, ideally in a hospital environment
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, HCe knowledge is an advantage
Motivated, open and team-oriented personality with a high quality awareness
Good communication skills towards various stakeholders
Strong analytical skills as well as high interconnected, forward-looking and solution-oriented thinking and acting
High degree of personal responsibility, initiative and independence
