CNC Operator / Plant Operator EFZ (m/f/d)

CNC Operator / Plant Operator (m/f/d)

This is what you do with us:

• Operate machines: You load and monitor CNC machines and automatic systems in series production.

• Change tools: You replace tools when worn and make small adjustments to the machine.

• Inspect parts: You regularly check the manufactured workpieces and record the results.

• Ensure process flow: You fix minor malfunctions yourself and ensure that the material supply runs smoothly.

• Basic training: Completed training as a plant operator EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or experience in machine operation.

• Machine experience: You know how to safely operate, load and start CNC systems.

• Make corrections: You can adjust tool or correction values yourself in case of minor deviations.

• Measure parts: You are proficient with simple measuring instruments (e.g. calipers or micrometers).

• Care & maintenance: You keep your workplace clean and perform simple maintenance tasks on the machines.

Personal:

• Accuracy: You work carefully, adhere to safety rules and pay attention to good quality.

• Reliability: You are dependable – even when many identical parts are produced during the day.

• Team spirit: You work well with your colleagues, shift supervisors and the mechanics.

• Working hours: Willingness to work shifts (2- or 3-shift) is great, but day shifts are also possible.
