Completed apprenticeship in carpentry or design; experience in kitchens required.
Strong IT skills with Office, ERP, and planning software knowledge.
Customer-oriented mindset and excellent sales skills.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

Coordination and distribution of work within the teams

Personnel responsibility for around 30 employees

Deputy for the Head of Internal Sales

Monitoring of quality standards and input deadlines

Preparation of quotations, quotation plans and perspectives

Preparation of order confirmations, execution and installation plans

Processing of orders

Support of sales staff in consultations in the showroom

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE KITCHEN CAPITAL

Completed vocational training as a carpenter or draughtsperson is an advantage

Professional experience in the kitchen industry as well as leadership experience is essential

Good IT user skills (Office, ERP, planning software Winner)

Sales flair and strong closing skills

Customer-oriented thinking and acting

Precise and reliable working method

Motivation, enthusiasm and commitment
