Our goal is to present guests with a seasonal and predominantly regional product-based traditional cuisine. The Husky-Lodge mountain hotel, Erlebniswelt Muotathal GmbH offers guests unforgettable adventures and experiences in the Muotathal natural and cultural landscape.
Tasks
- Preparation of dishes in both the cold and hot kitchen
- Independent work in ordering and goods receipt control
- Compliance with and implementation of safety, order, and HACCP guidelines
Requirements
- Training as a cook EFZ/EBA or equivalent experience
- Passion for cooking & willingness to take responsibility
- Flexibility (including weekends) and enjoyment of teamwork
- Hygiene and regulations are not foreign to you – you adhere to them without losing your sense of humor
