About the job

As a nurse trainer, you accompany, support and teach learners and students from various nursing and health training programmes (FaGe, nursing professionals HF and FH). Delivering group and individual lessons (learning support, transfer coaching FH, LTT practical teaching HF, operational FaGe lessons) is a defining element of your role. You are committed to the practical training of young adults as well as to promoting and recruiting new talent. Supporting and accompanying the professional trainers on the wards is also one of your main tasks. In addition, you assist the nursing education team in designing educational structures and developing training documents.

Start date immediate or by arrangement

• Qualification in nursing HF or FH
• Several years of professional and training experience in the nursing field
• Vocational pedagogical and didactic training (100-hour professional trainer course, SVEB 1 or trainer with federal specialist certificate) or willingness to complete this
• A positive view of people – characterised by respect, patience and belief in the developmental potential of every person
• Enjoyment in supporting young people and accompanying them in their development
• High social and communication skills
• Organisational talent and enjoyment of independent work
• A flexible, resilient and responsible personality
