Your tasks

• You pamper our guests with fresh and regional dishes
• Preparation of dishes at various stations
• Mise-en-place for daily operations
• Goods receipt control
• Daily cleaning tasks including compliance with and monitoring of kitchen hygiene

Your profile

• Experience in gastronomy desired, but not a prerequisite
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts
• Keeping an overview in stressful situations
• Resilience, team player and quick comprehension
• Very good knowledge of German
• Enjoy experiencing a summer season in the Grisons mountains
