- Overall responsibility for operational business
- Operational work in the A la carte lunch and dinner service as well as behind the bar
- Reception, accompaniment, advice and farewell of our guests
- Sales, execution and follow-up of events
- Maintenance of our regular customers as well as our social media channels
- Control of daily accounts and execution of monthly closings
- Operation and programming of the Hellotess! cash register system
- Offer planning and price calculation
- Complaint management
- Responsible for monitoring and compliance with operational hygiene according to our HACCP concept
- Responsible for inventory management (ordering system and monthly inventory)
- Various administrative tasks
Leadership tasks
- Consistent and fair leadership of the team
- Creation of duty rosters and control of employee time recording
- Recruitment, conducting interviews, employee as well as termination discussions
- Training of new employees and temporary staff

- Creation and implementation of measures to optimize operational processes, reduce costs and increase sales
- Continuous process optimization
Your profile:
- Graduate of a Swiss hotel management school or first leadership experience
- Flexibility, enthusiasm and ability to work in a team
- Doer type with joy in work
- Very good German and English skills
