About the job
We are a care home committed to dementia care as well as palliative care in primary care for 84 people aged 18 and over. The care concept is based on relationship-centred care in the maieutic sense.
Would you like to work only sporadic but planned shifts? To relieve the care teams during staff shortages, we are looking for caregivers for the employee pool with a 20%- 50% workload.
Your profile
You have completed training as a Health and Social Assistant or the course as an SRK Care Assistant. You are an open personality and enjoy working independently. You have at least two years of experience in long-term care. Preferably, you have knowledge of palliative care and the RAI/RUG system or are willing and motivated to acquire it. You have PC user skills. You have very good oral and written German skills and understand the Swiss German language.
