Behind every watch component are expert hands, capable of transforming the material with precision and care.

We are looking for Finishing Operators to join the workshops of our clients in the watchmaking industry.

Your mission: to reveal the full potential of the material

You will carry out various finishing operations on components made of precious materials:

• Brushing, satin finishing and grinding.
• Carbonising, felting and polishing.
• Buffing and quality control of finishes.

Every gesture counts to achieve a flawless result, while preserving the integrity of the pieces.

What if your background was your greatest asset?

Do you have experience in polishing, jewellery, goldsmithing, dental prosthetics, bodywork or metal parts finishing?

Do you possess excellent manual dexterity, good visual acuity and a true eye for detail?

Do you enjoy working with materials and seek perfection in every movement?

Then your expertise could perfectly find its place in watchmaking!

An AFP qualification in watchmaking or proven experience in polishing is a real advantage. We are also interested in profiles from other sectors whose technical and manual skills can be transferred to watchmaking finishing.
