To support the growth of our activity, we wish to strengthen our Client Services team and are looking for a CRM, Compliance & Risk Consultant – Wealth Management (M/F) with proven experience in highly regulated banking environments.
Job Description
Reporting to the CRM & Compliance team, you support our clients in the implementation, use, and evolution of the CRM, Compliance, and Risk modules of the WIZE solution.
You will be involved in project phases, onboarding, and expert support, constantly interacting with business teams, technical teams, and client contacts, in contexts with strong regulatory and operational constraints.
Your main missions:
Client support & functional management
- Support clients in the implementation and operation of the CRM, Compliance, and Risk components of the platform.
- Be the functional reference contact for your topics with clients and project teams.
- Manage your scopes in project mode when necessary (scoping, planning, monitoring, coordination, reporting).
Compliance & Risk
- Configure and deploy KYC, AML, Name Screening, Suitability, and Risk Assessment systems.
- Participate in bringing clients into compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Analyze operational, regulatory, and data-related risks and propose appropriate solutions.
- Ensure the consistency of control, escalation, and traceability processes.
CRM & client data
- Set up and maintain CRM and KYC reference data (client data, beneficiaries, legal entities).
- Deploy and optimize KYC, AML, suitability questionnaires, and risk profiles.
- Support clients on call reports, document management, and associated workflows.
Security & access
- Participate in managing access, roles, and user rights.
- Ensure compliance with security, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.
Continuous improvement
- Identify functional gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the evolution of internal processes and the product offering.
- Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and points of attention to Project Managers and supervisors.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a banking or financial environment.
- Significant experience in Compliance, KYC/AML, Risk and/or CRM topics.
- Experience in private banking, wealth management, asset management, or with a financial solution provider is highly appreciated.
- Education
- Master's degree or equivalent in Banking, Finance, Risk Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Functional skills
- Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk management issues.
- Good knowledge of KYC, AML, suitability, and risk profiling processes.
- Ability to analyze complex environments and identify operational and regulatory impacts.
- Strong customer service orientation and delivery quality.
Personal qualities
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders (business, IT, compliance, clients).
- Rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to manage client expectations and make decisions within a project framework.
- Team spirit, pedagogy, and ability to simplify complex topics.
- Ability to escalate appropriately and alert in case of scope, schedule, or risk deviations.
- Languages
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
- German: an asset.
