We are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement in our team at the headquarters in Bern, where you will get our Laundry Management System (LMS), our primary ERP system, up and running at our locations and continue to support it.

Your area of responsibility

Analysis and optimisation of business processes together with the specialist departments

Recording, evaluation and documentation of business requirements

Configuration, introduction and further development of the LMS (ERP system) in the DACH region as a contact person for specialist departments as well as IT

Planning and execution of tests as well as support of specialist department acceptances and go-lives including support of users in the stabilisation phase

Training and support of key users and end users

Application management including processing and prioritisation of requests, malfunctions and change requests

Creation, maintenance and further development of central reports and dashboards in Power BI as well as relevant KPIs for various Swiss business areas including data validation and quality assurance

Creation and maintenance of process, training and project documentation as well as continuous further development of business processes and applications

Your profile

Degree or training in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering, data analysis or a comparable qualification

Practical experience in ERP, implementation or transformation projects as well as understanding of mapping business processes in IT systems

Sound knowledge of Power BI and Excel, advantageously also in SQL and data modelling

Experience in requirements engineering, testing and project management desirable

Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with high initiative

Strong communication and organisational skills and enjoyment in working with different stakeholders

Very good German (at least C1) as well as good English and French skills (at least B1) spoken and written

Willingness to travel within Switzerland, especially in the French-speaking region
