Responsibilities
What tasks await you as Project Manager Building Physics & Sustainability (m/f/d)?
- You independently manage projects in sustainable construction and building physics and implement them successfully.
- You prepare calculations and verifications, from energy certificates and thermal bridge calculations to Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and the associated documentation.
- You conduct measurements, for example of indoor air quality, and create simulations.
- On construction sites, you carry out inspections and perform quality checks.
- You advise and support planners and other project participants on building physics and sustainability-related requirements.
- For new and existing building projects, you are responsible for topics such as thermal comfort, moisture protection, airtightness, daylight, and optionally building acoustics.
- You conduct sustainability certifications such as SNBS, Minergie, Minergie-ECO, DGNB, LEED, WELL or BREEAM and accompany the entire process.
- You gladly share your knowledge and experience with less experienced team members.
- In collaboration with highly qualified professionals, you continuously develop your own skills.
Requirements

- You have a relevant education or degree, for example in civil engineering or building physics. Further training in sustainability is an advantage.
