Job Description
Every day you face a new challenge. You enjoy customer contact and approach customers proactively. With your sound expertise, you can competently advise on the products with the aim of recognising customer needs. You develop ideas from day-to-day business for the co-design of the shop. You check new deliveries in terms of quality, quantity, and time. You receive repaired devices and prepare them for handover to the customer.We expect
- EFZ/EBA training in sales or service environment
- Experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry is an advantage
- Outgoing and good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Office, Apple and Android products
- Well-groomed, confident appearance
