What to expect
- You actively acquire new customers and arrange appointments to sell needs-based health insurance and pension solutions – your success is rewarded with an attractive commission model.
- You advise customers in the agency or at their homes, prepare customised offers, and perform administrative tasks.
- You implement various sales measures, build a broad personal network, and gain referrals.
- Your ideas are in demand: you participate in trade fair and stand activities and represent CONCORDIA on site.
What you bring
- You have already gained experience in a sales-oriented environment and know how to win people over.
- You have completed vocational training and hold a category B driving licence – so you arrive safely at your destination.
- You are sociable, communicative, and inspire with your winning manner – you maintain a strong network and continuously expand it. Flexible and goal-oriented, you are ready to achieve success together.
- You have commercial knowledge and are confident with the PC – your German skills, both spoken and written, are impeccable.
- You have completed the VBV training or are motivated to do so – we support you in this.
