Bakery Department Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

Mission

Welcome and advise our customers with kindness, make the store attractive and carefully manage the assortment in the Bakery department
Ensure the baking of bread and the control as well as the display of goods according to Coop's presentation concepts while respecting the guidelines (freshness/quality, hygiene, temperatures, expiry dates)
Place orders, monitor and rotate stock
Actively participate in sales promotion and provide support in other store areas if needed
Take responsibility for the Bakery department as well as your team (planning, support and supervision)

You enjoy working with others and convey your passion daily to your team and customers
You hold a professional diploma in food retail sales and have very good knowledge in the bakery sector of retail trade, with experience or interest in team management
You are a cheerful, dynamic, organised and efficient person on the ground. Comfortable in contacts, you have a sense of responsibility, enjoy achieving your goals and seek varied, versatile and stimulating work with challenges to overcome
You are proficient in French, both written and spoken. Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
You are physically fit and handling goods poses no problem
